Through that journey, I became more curious about hormones and then became certified in women’s hormone health. It was then that I learned supplements alone won’t fix your hormones. Real healing comes from changing how you live.

So I made big changes, because that is what my body was craving at that point in my life.

Then just when I started feeling like me again, menopause arrived-- that one day with no period for 12 mo prior and BOOM, then came the pandemic. 😭

And my body blew up like a balloon with and extra 10lbs and belly fluff I had never experienced before!
